Principal & MD

Pieter is passionate about People, Business and Property and hails from a Financial Planning background specializing in Property Investment.  Since 2004 he served on the board of Directors of various Property investment companies offering a wide range of property related services including conducting national seminars on “strategic property investment in the residential buy to let market”.  He has a tireless work ethic and brings a dynamic and visionary approach to wealth creation through property investment.  He is the Principle Member of 2 Estate Agencies, a Director and Partner of Integrabond, as well as the Co-Founder of House of Realtors.

Christo Booysen
Joint MD

Christo has more than 30 years experience in the banking industry fulfilling various leadership roles in the Absa Group, Western Cape. He has been highly successful in his banking career achieving several accolades in Leadership, Sales and Service fields. Christo left the Banking industry during 2007 for a new Challenge to start his own businesses, specializing in Residential and Commercial Sales and Financing. He also has an established Rental business. Christo who has a passion for People, Sales and Financing is proud to be one of the founding members of House of Realtors (Pty) Ltd., a new exciting umbrella marketing initiative that will benefit clients as well as other key role players in the Residential and Commercial Property Industry.

René Kriel​
General Manager​

René holds a BA Degree with Industrial & Organizational Psychology as her main subjects. She joined the team in late 2017 as General Manager (and active agent) of the different devisions.  René has 11 years of senior management experience in the Real Estate Services sector.  Her main objective is to continuously improvise systems and to enhance overall service delivery.  

Nelmari Engelbrecht
Rental Administrator

Nelmari has been part of the team since 2009.  She  is a client relationship specialist and a punctual go-getter and makes sure that any job gets done.  She plays a vital part and have been the administration backbone together with Danielle from the early days.  

Danielle Coetzee
Estate Agent & Admin Manager (MPRE)NQF5 

Danielle has been part of the team from 2009 and has ontributed significantly to the success of the business up to date. She is punctual and driven to succeed and has obtained the highly sought after NQF 5 qualification.  Danielle is well equipped and experienced to implement project specific process flows with the aim to achieve the best potential results.  

Francois Malan
Bookeeper & Process Flow Manager

Francois is the New Development process flow manager and internal financial Accountant.  Francois ensures that the process from A-Z between the Client, Developer, Agents, Mortgage Originator and the Conveyancing Attorneys runs smoothly.  He also manages all buyer requests and ensures that correct paper trails are in place to protect parties concerned.  Francois also simplifies the sometimes complex processes for buyers to make everything as seamless as possible for everyone.

Delani is an exceptional operator who is focused on service delivery in an industry where service delivery is not common practice.  She is interested in the details, including price and the ultimate value proposition for her clients with a long term view on business relationship building.

Lynette has more than 16 years banking experience of which 10 years have been in the home loan sector.  Lynette believes that there's no substitute for customer service excellence and she has always been committed and result driven.   Lynette's track record with mortgage origination and her willingness to always go the extra mile for clients is what defines her character and excellence in the industry.

Drikus joined the rental team in 2019 and is the dedicated resident rental agent (Intern) for RentalProp's signature development Turnberry Village, Haasendal Estate.  

Morné​/Combrinck
Commercial Agent 

Morné joined House of Realtors in late 2016 and specializes in Commercial and Industrial Property.  Prior to his career in property he served in the British armed forces for more than 10 years.  Morné is passionately driven to succeed and uses his military discipline to remain focused on achieving his sales and leasing objectives. Morné puts the client first every time and  and is committed to finding solutions that best meet his clients needs.  He is a true soldier in spirit and is positive mindset is infectious to those around him.

Ina joined our team in 2016 as a trainee agent and is passionate about people and property and has already proved what she is made of through hard work and dedication.  Ina knows what professionalism is all about as she was previously employed in British American American Tabacco for many years.  Corporate taught Ina valuable customer service experience which she has already applied successfully in the property sector.
